Macbook Noisy Fan or CPU effects Video Recording

Do Your Mac (Macbook) Video Recordings have the Noisy Fan or CPU recorded in the video?

My daughters macbook had this horrible noise within all video recordings whether using photo booth, the isight camera or making a screen capture recording.

Never really having time to look at it because, well, try get a mac off a teenager... I did a little research here and there and a test or two. The macbook noise seemed to be coming from the internal fan or cpu. The casing on the macbook (2008 model) does not have much in the way of vents which leads to it holding heat in. As it heats up the fan turns faster and the fan noise gets louder.

Some of the research had me try these options none of which worked for me;

* Use a fan control software called, SMC Fan Control.

* Turn on Photo booth to use more CPU resources.
* Point the isight camera to a bright light when start recording and back to your subject.

* LCD screen drivers were part of the problem and worse when the screen is dimmed.

* Also that the power supply could be the cause.

Much of the research I did showed me that Apple could not fix the problem. Many apple customers had their mac's serviced several times with no change to the problem. I am not surprised as the problem seems to stem from lack of ventilation.

So, I could not fix the noise but I could work around it, best explained by watching the video ...

If recording on your Mac (macbook or possibly even macbook pro) has been a bug bear for you, then I trust this work around lets you finally create good quality clean sounding recordings in either video recording programs you may use. My daughters finally does but 'Not' what I expect from an Apple product, really. Apple a big thumbs down on this one :-(
